Each of our services begins with a consultation to ensure the safety and efficacy of your service. We will ask about your concerns to be sure your time with us is well-spent. If this is your first massage and you're feeling unsure or nervous, don't hesitate to let your therapist know so they can make you feel welcome and reassured.
Each massage includes your choice of our complimentary basic aromatherapy (our premium aromatherapy experience may be added at an additional fee) and attention to your requests.
After your service, enjoy a cup of Young Mountain Tea and a piece of premium Equal Exchange chocolate in our lounge, or purchase a glass of local beer or wine to complete your spa experience.

Scalp Therapy-Client Favorite!
A custom blend of essential oils are applied to scalp and massaged for a healing scalp treatment. Available for dry, oily, or itchy scalps. For best results, oil should be left in for at least 3 hours.
Premium Aromatherapy
Therapeutic grade essential oils. Includes application during your service and a take-home spritzer in your chosen scent. Check with a member of our staff for our current selection.
Dry Brushing
Dry brushing stimulates circulation, improves lymph drainage, and provides light exfoliation to dry skin.
Mini Hot Stone
2-3 Hot stones are laid on the body in strategic positions to promote circulation while the practitioner uses smooth heated stones as massage tools. Perfect if you have one or two spots needing extra attention.
Ultimate Moisture
Perfect for extra-dry skin or services during the winter. A special blend of emollient oils is used throughout the massage. Allergen warning: Contains Nuts.

Modalities
We offer a wide variety of massage modalities. Each modality is slightly different, and can focus on relaxation or therapeutic treatment. Certain practitioners have been trained in specialized areas of massage. Ask our knowledgeable staff what is right for you.
Deep Tissue
Therapeutic massage that works the deeper muscle groups of the body to address tension, injury, and pain.
Swedish
A general purpose massage aimed to relax the body, increase circulation, and ease stress. Also referred to as our Relaxation massage.
Therapeutic Bodywork
Therapeutic bodywork is more intent-focused than modality-focused. Its aim is to reduce pain and dysfunction within the body, employing a variety of modalities. It is neither purely deep tissue nor relaxation. Sometimes there is an assumption that to heal, you must endure the discomfort of very deep massage; therapeutic bodywork exists as a counterpoint to that idea.
While still results-focused, therapeutic bodywork can incorporate less intrusive modalities that work as an ally to the body and its various systems.
Massage 101
You and another person of your choosing will spend 90 minutes with one of our licensed massage therapists where you will each learn how to give massage to each other!
After a 15-20 minute review of basic massage techniques, you’ll each get 30 minutes on the table where our therapist will teach your partner how to massage a chosen body area such as your back, neck, or feet. Choose 1-2 body focus areas.
Please note that massage 101 will not teach or tolerate sensual massage during your appointment and massage-appropriate draping is required for the entirety of the service.

Pregnancy/Prenatal
Promotes a healthy and successful pregnancy by reducing stress, muscle tension and body imbalances while encouraging deep relaxation for the mother and child. Please Note— To better ensure the safety of both mother and child, all our pregnancy massages will be performed side-lying.
Craniosacral
A gentle technique that monitors the rhythm of the cerebral fluid as it flows through the craniosacral system.
Sports Massage
Designed for the training, conditioning and injury rehabilitation of athletes. If you lead a highly active life, or suffered a minor injury from overuse, this massage is for you. Charged at deep tissue rate.
Acupressure
An Eastern therapeutic technique that uses finger pressure to regulate energy flow throughout the body.
Trigger Point
A form of therapeutic massage that helps to alleviate myofascial pain by treating trigger points, or irritable, pain-causing areas of tissue.
Reflexology
Reflex zone therapy using pressure and massage to the reflex points found on the feet and hands.
Myofascial Release
Addresses the fascia tissue of the body by unwinding imbalances and releasing tension.
Hot Stone
Melt into pure relaxation. Hot stone massage applies heated rocks to the body to release tension, allowing the massage therapist to work deeper into the muscle fibers. Perfect for winter, but amazing any time of year!
